Well done and interesting. Do you think that there are similar categories of consumer for other 'Corporate responsible behaviour'? In wake of current climate will comsumers gravitate away from companies perceived to have been reckless, greedy? Are companies going to have to rethink their 'corporate responsibility' messages to include transparency and accountability?
